$500 (one-time fee) - Up to 3 months we'll coach you step-by-step through the process to startup and launch off with your MTR. This includes giving you the marketing, screening and organizational tools and instructions on how to use them. You will receive documents that include the lease, welcome letters and check-in instructions. We will setup your online platform where you will list your rental space with photos (including the floor plan), receive your housing requests, set your rates & fees, manage your calendar, and create messaging templates. Where furnishings/essentials are needed, we will discuss with you before purchasing. Once received, we will stage and stock your space to complete the visual and functional setup.
$500 (start-up-fee) & 10% of monthly rent - All that is offered with the coaching services and ongoing management and day-to-day operations. We’ll handle all communication with interested tenants to maintain steady occupancy, manage the calendar, edit the listing upon your request or as needed, arrange cleaning & maintenance services.
$199 (annually) - On the current platform that we utilize for marketing.
